Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

    Shipping Policy:

We do offer free USPS First Class Mail shipping on any order that is $100 and over.  Orders under $100 will be charged a shipping fee. Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order.  Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. We will email you if there is any delay in processing your order.  We ship through USPS Mail and send an email notification with the tracking number to the email attached to the order. USPS may take 3-8 business days to deliver your package. Priority/Express shipping available for an additional charge. Please allow for more shipping and processing time during any holiday. Store Pickup

We do offer free store pickup on local orders.  Orders are processed in 1-2 business days from placing your order online. We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up or if there is any delay in processing your order.  Orders can be picked up @ Intergrated Chiropractic 454 Main Street Oneonta, NY 13820.  Orders are available for pickup Monday-Fridays from 8am-6pm only.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays may have a slight delay for pickup.  **Employees of Intergrated Chiropractic cannot help you with any questions, problems or issues you may have.  Please contact our Customer Service department at visions2health@gmail.com if you have any questions/concerns.

 

    Damage incurred during shipping:

 

All of our products are carefully inspected and packed before leaving our facility. Upon delivery, please check your product carefully for accuracy and to ensure it was not damaged en-route. All claims for missing and/or damaged product must be made within 48 hours of the verified USPS delivery date.  Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product missing and/or damaged during shipping within that time. We will ask you for a full description and to email us a photo of the damage.  We will review the circumstances and issue you a product return slip and return shipping label.   We will then refund the purchase price or replace the product at our expense.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

    Return Policy:

             Due to the nature of these products, they are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Please contact our Customer Service Department at visions2health@gmail.com for any problems or questions.  We are not responsible for any lost or misrouted packages.  Again, your purchase of our products and acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the disclaimer and refund policy.
